Shipping

All items are “In Stock – Ready to Ship”. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your order to be received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Currently we only offer UK shipping as standard. Any international customer please get in contact to discuss worldwide shipping costs.

Returns

Great pride is taken in the quality of our furniture. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact sam@engage-here.co.uk us within 14 days of receiving your order, including a description and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item.

Incorrect items

If you receive an item that is not as described, please contact us within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement, or refund as appropriate. For any questions or to initiate a return, please contact sam@engage-here.co.uk.
